The initiative seeks to raise awareness among the citizens of Seville about the environmental problems suffered by the environment, and to raise awareness about sustainability and climate change.
It is a meeting that, for seven days (from November 26 to December 4), has offered several parallel and complementary activities in turn: screenings of the best and most recent documentary cinema on sustainability and the environment, conferences and debates with experts, exhibition of eco-design products and ideas, in which prominent creators and companies have participated that have shown their proposals for environmentally sustainable designs.
In addition, an initiative has been developed consisting of inviting citizens to sign and adhere to a document/protocol that commits them to disseminate in their immediate environment a list of practical measures to lead a sustainable life.
The “Zero Emission Forest” has also been created, in which trees will be planted with the amount of the tickets (1 euro per person) to offset the emissions in the place indicated by the Seville City Council.
