  • Elaboration, follow-up and control of contracting processes, regardless of their nature
    format.
  • Legal support on issues that can be consulted, carrying out studies and opinions.
    legal advice on any matter that may be requested.
  • Review of works, studies or reports commissioned by Fundación Biodiversidad from
    legal nature.
  • Elaboration of reports, databases or any information requested in the management of
    hiring.
  • Drafting of contracting files, specifications, minutes, reports, contracts, agreements,
    collaboration agreements or other legal documents.
  • Drafting of guides, manuals, protocols or rules of a legal nature.
  • Reporting of information to the Court of Auditors, the General Comptroller’s Office, the General Comptroller’s
    the State Administration, the Ministry of Finance, the Transparency Portal and any other
    other requested from the assigned projects.
  • Transfer to the integrated management computer system of the data related to the contracting process
    of assigned projects
  • Elaboration of legal and budgetary modifications related to contracts
    or financing issues.
  • Support in adapting processes to the needs of assigned projects.
  • Any other function entrusted by the Coordination, Sub-direction and/or Direction.
  • Bachelor’s Degree or Bachelor’s Degree in Law.
  • At least one year’s experience in drafting contracting files, specifications, minutes, reports, contracts, agreements, collaboration agreements or other documents.

  • At least 6 months’ experience in the insurance and general services sectors.

    Official Journal of the EU (OJEU), the Court of Auditors portal and management ERP.
  • Experience in contracting financed with Structural Funds such as: FEMPA (Structural Funds), FEMPA (Structural Funds) and FEMPA (Structural Funds).
    European Maritime, Fisheries and Aquaculture Fund), ESF+ (European Social Fund) and the
    Recovery, Transformation and Resilience (PRTR).
  • English medium proficiency (B2 level or equivalent).
  • Temporary contract (interim) for the replacement of a person with the right to reserve a job.
