This training is linked to the professional qualification IFTCT57 mobile repair and IFCT98 3D printing additive manufacturing.

The project has been designed as an opportunity for collaborative work between three entities from the third social sector linked to circular economy activities and preparation for the reuse of waste. Thanks to the grouping to execute the GreenJobsLab project, it will be possible to expand skills and abilities to improve employability.

The GreenJobsLab project proposes a social innovation methodology based on game-based learning and role-playing to work on the development of transversal competences or soft skills and especially to practice job interviews and job searches. Virtual reality glasses and artificial intelligence will be used with the accompaniment of training technicians and tutors.

On the other hand, a practical community has been planned where job search and training will be carried out on how to face the job interview and know how to make the CV collectively. In relation to this, participants will be referred to the Feina Club, the project a Mossegada a la integración and the Incorpora Programme of La Caixa. There will also be outings to Barcelona Activa and to companies in the sector to learn, through professionals in the sector, about the work in which people are being trained.

And, finally, once the training has been completed and to close the project, it has been planned to hold a Social Innovation Conference in online format with the support of AERESS – Spanish Association of Recuperators of the Social and Solidarity Economy. This space will serve to highlight those state projects with social innovation methodologies, give visibility and raise awareness both among the population and the different entities of the social and solidarity economy.
