Meeting with the beneficiary entities in the 2015 call for grants The Biodiversity Foundation of the Ministry of Agriculture, Food and the Environment has brought together at its headquarters in Madrid the beneficiary entities of the final resolution of the 2015 call for grants with the intention of presenting their projects and solutions to achieve a more sustainable environment and that they know the steps to follow for the correct development of the project both technically and economically.
The aid, which in this final resolution reaches almost 1.5 million euros, is intended for the realization of a total of 58 activities that seek the protection and conservation of the environment. Specifically, 37 activities have been approved in the field of terrestrial biodiversity, 14 in marine and coastal biodiversity and 7 in climate change and environmental quality.
This meeting has allowed the different entities to get to know each other, share their objectives and contribute ideas to the different projects, as well as becoming a meeting point for possible future synergies or exchanges between them.
In the total of the call, 2.6 million euros have been allocated for 93 projects linked to activities related to biodiversity, climate change, environmental quality and sustainable development.
