The Assembly Hall of the Royal Botanical Garden of Madrid (CSIC) will host from 6:00 p.m. on Thursday, May 17, the Permanent Forum on Sustainability organized by the Observatory of Sustainability in Spain (OSE) dedicated to “Urban planning, building and sustainability. Keys to the future of cities”.
The session will be attended by the Director of the Institute of Urban Ecology of Barcelona Salvador Rueda, the Professor of the Department of Architectural Constructions of the School of Architecture of Sant Cugat del Vallés of the UPC Alberto Cuchí, the Director of Quality and Environment of the Ferrovial Group Valentín Alfaya, the Secretary General of the Spanish Federation of Municipalities and Provinces Gabriel Álvarez Fernández and the Architect and Professor of Planning Urban Planning of the Higher Technical School of Architecture of the UPM Ramón López de Lucio.
The event will be presented by Luis Jiménez Herrero, Executive Director of the SBI, and moderated by Domingo Jiménez-Beltrán, former Director of the European Environment Agency and founder of the SBI.
