To provide legal advice on the execution of LIFE INTEMARES, LIFE ECOREST, LIFE Cerceta pardilla, LIFE A-MAR, MSP-OR and other projects with European funding in the Ecosystem Conservation and Restoration Area.

  • Preparation, follow-up and control of contracting processes.
  • Legal support on issues subject to consultation, carrying out studies and legal opinions on any matter that may be requested.
  • Realization or legal advice on land acquisitions.
  • Review of works, studies or reports commissioned by the FB of a legal nature.
  • Advice on the implementation of land stewardship agreements.
  • Preparation of reports, databases or any information requested in the management of contracts.
  • Drafting of contracting files, specifications, minutes, reports, contracts, agreements, collaboration agreements or other legal documents.
  • Drafting of guides, manuals, protocols or rules of a legal nature.
  • Preparation of information reports to the Court of Auditors, IGAE, Ministry of Finance, Transparency Portal and any other requested information on assigned projects.
  • Transfer to the integrated management computer system of the data related to the contracting of assigned projects.
  • Preparation of modifications related to contracts, whether legal, budgetary or financing issues.
  • Support in adapting processes to the needs of assigned projects.
  • Attendance at meetings of the Legal Counsel and General Services area and general support to the legal area in matters entrusted to it in connection with the aforementioned projects.
  • Any other function entrusted by the Coordination, Sub-direction and/or Direction.
  • University Degree (also former Diplomas and Licenciaturas) in Law (homologated in Spain).
  • At least two years of experience in drafting contracting files, specifications, minutes, reports, contracts, agreements, collaboration agreements or other legal documents related to projects.
  • At least two years of experience in the implementation of LIFE projects or other projects with
    European funding.
  • Postgraduate training in matters related to the management of funds and public calls for proposals.
  • At least two years of experience in legal counseling in or for the public sector.
  • Complementary training in matters related to the activities to be performed: Subsidies Law, Public Sector Contracts Law, among others.
  • Temporary fixed-term contract for the execution of projects financed with European Union Funds (Fifth Additional Provision of Royal Decree-Law 32/2021), with the professional category of FIRST TECHNICIAN.
  • Gross Annual Salary: 31.611,50 €.
  • Maximum planned duration: until August 2026
  • Job location: Fundación Biodiversidad headquarters in Madrid.
