1st Legal Technician (temporary) of the Legal Advice and General Services Area

Under the Coordination of the area, it will carry out the work of legal support in the area,
especially for projects with European funds.

  • Preparation, follow-up and control of contracting processes, whatever their format.
  • Legal support on issues subject to consultation, carrying out studies and legal opinions on any matter that may be requested.
  • Review of works, studies or reports commissioned by the Biodiversity Foundation of a legal nature.
  • Preparation of reports, databases or any information requested in the management of contracts.
  • Drafting of contracting files, specifications, minutes, reports, contracts, agreements, collaboration agreements or other legal documents.
  • Drafting of guides, manuals, protocols or rules of a legal nature.
  • Preparation of information reports to the Court of Auditors, General Intervention of the State Administration, Ministry of Finance, Transparency Portal and any other requested of the assigned projects.
  • Transfer to the computer system for the integral management of data related to the contracting of assigned projects
  • Preparation of modifications related to contracts, whether legal, budgetary or financing issues.
  • Support in adapting processes to the needs of assigned projects.
  • Any other function entrusted by the Coordination, Sub-direction and/or Direction.
  • University Degree (also former Diplomas and Bachelor’s Degrees) in Law.
  • Training in Public Procurement.
  • Accreditation of knowledge in sustainable contracting.
  • Training or experience in European Funds.
  • Experience of at least 3 years in drafting procurement files, specifications, minutes, reports, contracts, agreements, collaboration agreements or other legal documents related to projects.
  • Experience of at least two years in the public sector and more than 3 years in drafting procurement files, specifications, minutes, reports, contracts, agreements, collaboration agreements or other legal documents related to projects.
  • Knowledge of European Funds.
  • Complementary training in matters related to the activities to be carried out: Law on Subsidies, Law 39/2015 and 40/2015 among others.
  • Knowledge of Minerva and CoFFEE.
  • C1 level of English or accredited equivalent.
  • Fixed-term temporary contract for the execution of projects financed with European Union funds (fifth additional provision of Royal Decree-Law 32/2021), with the professional category of first-class technician.
  • Gross Annual Salary: €33,373.05.
  • Job location: Fundación Biodiversidad headquarters in Madrid.
  • Maximum expected duration: until December 2029.
