Evaluating, monitoring and liquidating circular economy projects financed with funds from the Recovery, Transformation and Resilience Plan, Next Generation EU.

  • Participate in the evaluation process of proposals submitted to the calls for proposals, as well as in the evaluation of proposals submitted to the calls for proposals.

  • Accompanying grant beneficiary entities and technical monitoring
    and economic aspects of the projects and the procedures for justification, liquidation and payment.
  • Participate in the preparation of documents associated with calls for proposals for grants and contracts (tenders and other contracts).
  • To provide support in the publication and presentation of applications for calls for tenders and bids.
  • Produce technical reports and content for dissemination and communication.
  • To support the control and auditing processes of the activities developed.
  • Participate in the organization and attend meetings and events related to the area’s activity.
  • To elaborate and design action proposals for the fulfillment of the Area’s objectives and for the better performance of the tasks of execution, evaluation, follow-up and control of the projects.
  • Prepare documentation and information reports on projects and procurements (databases, indicators, reports, presentations, graphic material, notifications, etc.).
  • To monitor developments in regulations, strategies, plans, programs and projects related to the Area and its activities: identification of best practices and activities, preparation of speeches and presentations, participation in publications, etc.
  • Any other function entrusted by the Heads, Coordination, Deputy Management and/or
    Address.
  • University Degree (also former Diplomas and Bachelor’s Degrees).
  • At least 3 years of experience in project management related to the environment or circular economy.
  • Immediate availability.
  • Willingness to travel
  • Experience in the public sector.
  • Experience in support tasks for the technical team and grant beneficiaries in the implementation and justification phases of projects.
  • Experience in the management of European funds in both technical and economic matters.
  • Industrial experience in the fields of waste management, textile or plastics.
  • Specific training in circular economy, project management or the General Law on Subsidies.
  • English medium proficiency (B2 level or equivalent).
  • Temporary fixed-term contract for the execution of the Recovery, Transformation and Resilience Plan. (Fifth additional provision of Royal Decree-Law 32/2021), with the professional category of FIRST TECHNICIAN.
  • Gross Annual Salary: 31.764,95 €.
  • Location of the position: Fundación Biodiversidad headquarters in Madrid.
  • Maximum planned duration: end 2028
