  • Monitoring and preparation of content related to the projects of the Recovery, Transformation and Resilience Plan and funds of the Next Generation EU Recovery Plan.
  • Preparation of communication plans related to the MITECO topics included in the Recovery, Transformation and Resilience Plan.
  • Writing speeches, arguments, presentations, press releases and news.
  • Preparation of content for newsletters and websites and online publications, both on the web platform and on social networks related to the actions of the projects.
  • Preparation of design proposals for dissemination materials and communication campaigns
    .
  • Relationship with the media and monitoring of local and national media in the sector with which to work to transfer the content arising from these projects and preparation of a press dossier of all the news that appears in the media related to the projects.
  • Participation in the organization and preparation of meetings and events related to the projects.
  • Management of Databases and relations with Government Delegations and other local and regional entities.
  • Any other function entrusted by the Heads, Coordination, Sub-Directorate and Management.
  • University degree (also formerly Bachelor’s degree) in Journalism.
  • Experience of at least two years in communication offices in the Administration or in the State Public Sector
  • Experience of at least two years in corporate communication management and writing of official statements and interventions.
  • Specific training or experience of at least one year in the communication of projects related to the environment, fair ecological transition and actions derived from it, climate change or sustainable development projects.
  • Experience in political and corporate communication.
  • Experience in the design of internal and external Communication Plans.
  • Intermediate level English.
  • Temporary contract (work or service) in accordance with current legislation, with the professional category
    of 1st grade technician.
  • Gross Annual Salary: €29,652.92
  • Location of the workplace: headquarters of the Biodiversity Foundation and at the headquarters of the Ministry for the Ecological Transition and the Demographic Challenge or in its OOAA in the city of Madrid
  • Expected Join Date: January 2022
  • Maximum expected duration: 3 years.
