  • Support and process the area’s contracting, budget requests and support the preparation of reports within its scope.
  • Technical and economic follow-up of the transversal contracting of the area mentioned in the previous point.
  • Review and manage the area’s documentation.
  • Follow up on project events and meetings, as well as contribute to the preparation of abstracts and minutes.
  • Manage, update and maintain the area’s databases.
  • Collaborate in the organization of events, logistically and budget-wise, as well as support in their development.
  • Compilation of the administrative documentation and documentary background necessary for the drafting of projects to be submitted to the calls for proposals for grants for which it is decided to apply for funding.
  • Provide support to the technical team in the preparation of reports and presentations.
  • Control of the projects and area agenda, taking care of milestone scheduling, project objectives and delivery of reports (internal and external).
  • Support for the economic and financial management of the area’s projects financed with European funds: control of expenditures executed within the framework of each project, compilation and filing of supporting documentation and inclusion in the expenditure control tool of each project.
  • Support and collaboration in the process of auditing project expenditures.
  • Preparation of proposals for improvement and contribution to the better performance of project evaluation, monitoring and control tasks.
  • Any other task related to the above entrusted by the Coordination, Sub-direction and/or Direction.
  • University degree (also former bachelor’s degrees and diplomas)
  • Graduates in Intermediate or Higher Vocational Training in the area of Administration may also apply
  • At least 2 years of work experience in the performance of tasks similar to those described above.
  • User-level Microsoft Office proficiency (Word, Excel, Access, etc.)
  • Experience and training in management and economic justification of community funds.
  • Experience and/or training in the public sector and public sector contracting law.
  • Intermediate level of English (B1 or equivalent)
  • Temporary fixed-term contract for the execution of projects financed with European Union Funds (Fifth Additional Provision of Royal Decree-Law 32/2021), with the professional category of technician.
  • Expected duration: March 31, 2026
  • Location of the position: FB headquarters in Madrid.
  • Gross Annual Salary: €26,340.22.
