Collaborate in the management and economic administration of the Biodiversity Foundation team, within the framework of the European structural funds of the 2021-2027 operational programmes: European Social
Fund (ESF+), European Regional Development Fund (ERDF), and European Maritime, Fisheries and Aquaculture Fund (EMFAF) as well as funds from the Recovery, Transformation and Resilience Plan (RTRP), Next Generation EU.

  • Preparation, management, monitoring and review of the Foundation’s personnel budget and of the different projects, taking into account the corresponding allocation to funders and projects.
  • Preparation and review of monthly reports on the allocation of personnel expenses to all the corresponding projects.
  • Preparation of the proposal for accounting entries relating to personnel costs.
  • Calculation of the payroll and social security of the Foundation’s staff and management of the imputations to the projects according to the timesheets.
  • Management and monitoring of the social action corresponding to each worker and its allocation to the projects.
  • Management and review of employment contracts, settlements and settlements, and communications with the TGSS, among others.
  • Prepare the specifications for Human Capital contracts, process their purchase proposals, monitor the execution of the works, as well as manage the economic incidents in Human Capital contracts and prepare the Reports for the correction of minor contracts, tenders and resolutions for the signature of the Directorate, in accordance with the Law on Public Sector Contracts
    .
  • Manage and monitor Human Capital hiring, especially at the end of the year.
  • Support in the preparation of the necessary documentation for the application for replacement rate, staff quotas, etc. Support for monitoring implementation.
  • Support in the management of scholarship calls.
  • Drafting of reports, minutes and reports required for audits, board of trustees and committees.
  • Collaborate in the editing and creation of manuals and procedural guides. Analysis and proposal of improvements in the procedures of the Biodiversity Foundation.
  • Review and, where appropriate, proposal for continuous improvement of the computer tools that the Foundation has at its disposal for the management of Human Capital.
  • Support in responding to requests for documentation and information from audits and audits: IGAE, Court of Auditors and other private audits.
  • To monitor legislative or other developments in the field of Human Resources that apply to foundations in the state public sector, analysing their management and impact.
  • Any other function entrusted by the Coordination, the Deputy Director and the Directorate.
  • University Degree (also former Diploma and Bachelor’s Degree) in Labor Relations, Business Administration, Economics and/or Business Sciences.
  • Experience of at least 4 years in the economic, budgetary and accounting management of personnel expenses.
  • Experience in preparing and reviewing payrolls and social security.
  • Advanced level of Excel (specific test may be taken).
  • Experience of at least four years in economic-financial administration of human resources in third sector entities or in the public sector.
  • Experience in contracting under the public procurement procedure.
  • Official postgraduate degree in labour management, payroll and social security.
  • Temporary fixed-term contract for the execution of projects financed with European Union Funds. (Fifth additional provision of Royal Decree-Law 32/2021), with the professional category of 1st grade Technician
  • Gross Annual Salary: €32,400.25.
  • Location of the position: Fundación Biodiversidad headquarters in Madrid.
  • Maximum expected duration: December 31, 2029
