Manage communication, awareness and dissemination of results, especially of the National Recovery, Transformation and Resilience Plan projects and funds from the National Recovery, Transformation and Resilience Plan.

  • Oversight of the image of the Recovery, Transformation and Resilience Plan (PRTR) projects and Next Generation EU funds.
  • Management and support for the dissemination of the projects.
  • Drafting of press releases, news, articles, speeches, arguments, bulletins, etc.
  • Editing, writing and updating of argumentation for prologues, speeches or speeches.
  • Management, drafting and follow-up of institutional materials related to PRTR projects.
  • Management and follow-up of the projects of the calls for proposals linked to the PRTR.
  • Management, organization and supervision of events related to PRTR projects coordinated by FB.
  • Coordination with the different areas that manage calls for proposals for the dissemination of their projects and results.
  • Updating of the web page (editing and writing of news, institutional materials, multimedia resources and projects).
  • Monthly monitoring of results for indicator reporting.
  • Relationship with the media to transfer the contents arising from these projects.
  • Management of the e-mail account prensaprtr@fundacion-biodiversidad.es and coordination with the entities for the follow-up of their projects.
  • Development of content for the Fundación Biodiversidad’s online media related to project activities.
  • Production of reports, infographics, creativities, videos and materials specifically designed with the results of the projects.
  • Preparation of press clipping of all the news that appear in the media related to the projects.
  • Update of the PRTR Communication Plan and all reporting materials related to these projects.
  • Any other function entrusted by the Coordination, the Deputy Director and the Directorate.
  • University degree in Journalism or equivalent, or in Earth Sciences (Biology, Environmental Sciences, etc.).
  • At least 1 year of experience in communication management linked to Recovery, Transformation and Resilience Plan projects.
  • At least 3 years of experience in environmental and/or science communication management.
  • Knowledge of English medium high (B2 or equivalent).
  • Knowledge in video editing and photography.
  • Training and knowledge in network management
  • Willingness to travel.
  • Immediate incorporation.
  • Temporary fixed-term contract for the execution of the Recovery, Transformation and Resilience Plan. (Fifth additional provision of Royal Decree-Law 32/2021), with the professional category of JEFE/A.
  • Gross Annual Salary: 40.458,32 €.
  • Job location: Fundación Biodiversidad headquarters in Madrid.
  • Expected duration: until June 2026.
