Legal Technician (temporary) of the Quality and Studies Area

It will carry out the work and activities entrusted to the management of projects for calls for aid related to European structural funds of the 2021-2027 ESF+ operational programmes, with the European Regional Development Fund (ERDF) and FEMPA (European Maritime, Fisheries and Aquaculture Fund) as well as with the funds of the Recovery, Transformation and Resilience Plan, Next Generation EU.

  • Support in the procedures related to calls for grants: drafting of bases and
    calls, publication, preparation of documents for the Evaluation Committees
    , consultations and communications to the National Database of Subsidies (BDNS), review of administrative documentation of the projects related to the aforementioned European funds.
  • Participate in the drafting of regulatory bases and calls for proposals, specifications, forms, models and procedures.
  • Publication in the BDNS of the documents related to the calls for proposals.
  • Consultations in the BDNS of the data referring to applicants for calls for
    grants.
  • Resolution of doubts of the technical areas on grants and subsidies.
  • Participation and preparation of administrative documents related to the calls for proposals.
  • Evaluation of documentation of proposals submitted to calls for proposals.
  • Follow-up of the work of the Technical Assistance responsible for the review of the administrative documentation of the grants.
  • Drafting of guides, manuals, protocols or rules that depend on the area of legal nature in relation to the subsidies that are the object of the contract.
  • Analysis and implementation of existing trends and projects from a legal perspective on matters related to environmental awareness.
  • Any other function entrusted by the Coordination, Sub-Directorate and/or Management in relation to the subsidies object of the contract.
  • A university degree (also formerly a diploma or bachelor’s degree) in law.
  • Experience in the performance of the aforementioned or similar of at least 1 year.
  • Postgraduate training in matters related to the management of funds and public calls for proposals.
  • Experience, of at least one year, in or for the public sector.
  • Complementary training in matters related to the activities to be performed: Subsidies Law, Public Sector Contracts Law, among others.
  • Specific training or experience, of at least one year, in the field of
    gender equality.
  • English level B2 or equivalent.
  • Fixed-term temporary contract for the execution of projects financed with European Union Funds (Fifth Additional Provision of Royal Decree-Law 32/2021), with the professional category of TECHNICIAN.
  • Gross Annual Salary: €27,807.37
  • Job location: Fundación Biodiversidad headquarters in Madrid.
