  • Follow-up and review of project contracting, supporting the areas in the incidents that arise, management of invoices and their processing in the IT tool according to FB procedures.
  • Prepare any economic document of the projects that are necessary for their economic, financial and budgetary management according to FB procedures.
  • Review the reports on the liquidation of the subsidies/aid of the project calls.
  • Advise and support the project teams in any economic task they may need (contracting, justifications, documentation stamping, data recording, report review, among others).
  • Review documentation for signature of the Deputy Director and Management.
  • Assist and provide training to the Areas in the processing of contracting and other processes of the Procedures and Contracting Manual.
  • Support in the economic and budgetary part of hiring as Financial Support Technicians.
  • Draft and update the manuals and action guides of the different procedures established in relation to economic management and that bring the procedures closer to the practical management in the computer tools or ERP.
  • Participate in the drafting of documents, reports and reports related to economic matters and especially those to be submitted to the Board of Trustees.
  • Support in project requirements and audits.
  • Support in requests for documentation and information from the IGAE, the Court of Auditors and other institutions in audits.
  • Relationship with suppliers and service providers.
  • Collaborate with the improvement of processes and organize the economic documentation of the projects and of the Area in general, taking into account the Legal Standards and those of the FB.
  • Participate in the process of design, coordination, knowledge transfer, development and implementation of the ERP software tool.
  • Management and control of the external documentation archive of all FB.
  • Support in the preparation and management of documentation, information and communication requirements associated with projects involving several areas, especially projects co-financed by structural funds of which FB is the intermediate management body and LIFE projects in which the foundation participates.
  • Follow-up, control and management of the information managed and provided to the Legal, Financial and Human Capital Sub-Directorate.
  • Any other function entrusted by the Chief, the Coordination, the Deputy Director and the Directorate.
  • University Degree (also former Diplomas and Bachelor’s Degrees) in Business Administration and Management, Economics and/or Business Sciences, Political Science and Administration or equivalent.
  • At least three years of experience in accounting and financial management of projects and grants and/or calls for proposals.
  • Training in economic and fiscal management.
  • At least four years of experience in or for the public sector.
  • Advanced Excel level.
  • Temporary fixed-term contract for the execution of projects financed with European Union Funds (Fifth Additional Provision of Royal Decree-Law 32/2021), with the professional category of Technician.
  • Gross Annual Salary: 27.262,12 €.
  • Job location: Fundación Biodiversidad headquarters in Madrid.
  • Expected duration: December 2029.
