AgroSost: Training and support for sustainable entrepreneurship in the agroecological sector
Empleaverde+ program
AgroSost is an incubation program aimed at workers in the Region of Murcia who want to start a business in the agroecological sector. For 24 months, 60 participants (30 per call) receive technical training in precision agriculture, rural projects, green economy and equal opportunities; 20 hours of business mentoring to develop a viable business plan; technical support specialized in agroecology; and participation in group learning sessions among peers and networking spaces with entrepreneurs in the sector. The programme is implemented by Bridge for Billions in collaboration with Social Business City Barcelona, within the framework of the Empleaverde+ Programme of the Biodiversity Foundation, co-financed by the European Social Fund Plus (ESF+).
