OBJECTIVE: The project aims to improve employability through a qualification program in circular economy 2.0. where the users are the change makers that optimize the value chain of the companies (Agroalimentary sector) and thus achieve their labor insertion.
THEME: The theme of the project is the reduction, reuse and recycling of waste from sustainable agriculture and livestock.
DESCRIPTION: CHANGE MAKERS is an initiative to support the improvement of the employability of young women through simulation processes, using agile methodologies Lean Startup – Scrum and collaborative learning by projects (collaborative economy), in order to acquire a qualification in auditing specialized in production chains (circular economy 2.0.), so that participants see it as an essential qualification that will insert them into the labor market. The European Commission’s Europe 2020 growth and Jobs strategy analyzes policy measures aimed at promoting the employability of young women in several countries. In line with the above, CHANGE MAKERS is organized in THREE phases of action (following the measures foreseen in the Youth Entrepreneurship and Employment Strategy):
PHASE I: IMPROVEMENT OF INTERMEDIATION
PHASE II: IMPROVING EMPLOYABILITY
PHASE III: IMPROVEMENT OF CONTRACTING
The percentage of participation of women in the project will be 75%, while the percentage of participation of other priority groups (sum of the rest of the groups except women) will be 25%.
At least 25% of the beneficiaries will obtain employment.
