The EcoEmprende project seeks to actively promote Entrepreneurship in the Green and Circular Economy, as drivers of economic and social development, promoting the Ecological Transition towards a green, fair and circular economy. It will seek to support participants so that they can develop ideas for entrepreneurial projects, and put into practice innovative and sustainable solutions that contribute to the transition towards a circular economy on the island of Tenerife.
The transition to a circular economy presents an opportunity to transform traditional business models and foster sustainable development in Tenerife. It will be developed in 3 phases and is expected to promote sustainable entrepreneurship, providing unemployed people with the tools and support necessary to create innovative and resilient business models.
Each phase will be carefully designed to provide the knowledge, skills and motivation necessary for participants, including women, people living in rural areas, priority social groups, to successfully navigate the journey towards entrepreneurship and thus ensure effective accompaniment.

https://ecoemprend.es/The general objective of the project is to promote entrepreneurship in the Green, Sustainable and Circular Economy by promoting the Ecological Transition through various actions that improve the skills of unemployed people to promote self-employment in the circular economy.
Phase 1. Pre-Incubator: To inspire and encourage the participating unemployed people to consider entrepreneurship as a viable and attractive option, through the implementation of activities designed to awaken interest and motivation towards the creation of their own businesses, focusing them on the field of the green and circular economy.
Phase 2. Incubator: It focuses on the transformation of initial ideas into structured business concepts through training specially developed to improve the skills of the participants, highlighting the current requirements in terms of job creation, green entrepreneurship and ecological transition, as well as those soft skills important for comprehensive development. It is proposed to develop and validate ideas and prepare for the next stage by contributing to eco-innovation and sustainability of economic activities in all sectors and promoting new employment opportunities by developing a regenerative, low-carbon, circular and nature-friendly economy.
Phase 3. Acceleration : It is proposed as the phase of promotion and refinement of projects or ideas through mentoring and specialized advice and the creation of spaces for the implementation of everything learned with the learning by doing methodology. The activities are designed to offer face-to-face spaces so that experts can advise, accompany or resolve the doubts that participants have about specific topics. As well as to generate networking spaces, where they can be in contact with key agents from different sectors to facilitate the generation of possible strategic alliances.
