The project, with a duration of 18 months, aims to train professionals from the public and private sectors to design and manage sports and tourism activities in natural environments under criteria of sustainability, circular economy, digitalisation and social inclusion, thus contributing to the generation of green employment and the ecological transition of the sector.

2027 Related callThe training programme is mainly aimed at sports professionals, tourism managers and municipal technicians, especially in regions such as Andalusia, Castilla-La Mancha and Extremadura. The training will include content related to active ecotourism, sustainable mobility, organization of sports events with low environmental impact, equal opportunities, digital tools for calculating carbon and water footprint, as well as soft skills linked to leadership and green communication.
The initiative will combine face-to-face and online training through innovative methodologies, personalized advice and communities of practice. In addition, it will culminate with a final blended event where participants will present sustainable projects to an expert jury and will have access to mentoring and networking sessions.
