The H2VerdeHuelva project was born with the purpose of training and training unemployed people in the field of Green Hydrogen, in response to the growing demand for qualified personnel in the Chemical Pole of Huelva and Palos de la Frontera. This initiative seeks to take advantage of the development opportunity represented by the industrial transition towards sustainable energies in the territory, promoting employability and contributing to the decarbonisation of industry.

2027To take advantage, in a territory weighed down by high structural unemployment, of the opportunity in the face of the need for qualified personnel demanded by the development of Green Hydrogen in the Chemical Poles of Huelva and Palos, a benchmark in Europe.
The project is structured in three main blocks of action:
- Specialised training itineraries: Various courses are taught in the participating municipalities, with an offer adapted to different profiles:
• Industrial assembly for the Green Hydrogen sector.
• Operations in chemical plants.
• Weld with coated electrode and TIG with augmented reality technology.
• Maintenance and assembly of industrial equipment.
• Green Hydrogen production and maintenance technologies.
• Training in renewable energies and Green Hydrogen storage. - Advice and support services: Support is provided to participants in their labour insertion, facilitating their contact with companies in the sector and optimising their employability.
- Innovation in training: Innovative methodologies such as augmented reality in welding are implemented, which improves the safety and efficiency of learning.
