OBJECTIVE: The objective of the project is to improve the employability of 172 workers, training them in sustainable mobility planning and management skills, and to promote green employment by enhancing the role of the mobility coordinator.

To develop training and social innovation (SI) actions that allow the maximum employability of the figure of the MOBILITY COORDINATOR contemplated in the E. S. Law.

DESCRIPTION: We will conduct “Coordinators” courses in 4 ACs. They will involve the prior development of training material to meet the training needs of this figure. The selection of target audiences will be strategic: they are intended to work in large companies with mobility problems.

Social innovation actions will be carried out: the recipients, in response to the needs of their companies, will carry out a practical exercise consisting of the development of mobility plans for their own workplaces. In the middle of the project, networking actions will be carried out in which we will offer a space and a collaborative meeting to the students of the courses and to professionals who have already developed mobility initiatives or plans, with the aim of integrating the proposals obtained in their professional fields.
