REVERDECE is a project with which ADISLAN aims to promote training in circular economy and sustainability for people with intellectual disabilities.
It seeks to improve employability through technical training and soft skills, together with individualized socio-labor accompaniment, where gender equality and adaptation to the needs of each participant are prioritized. In addition, this project also promotes social awareness and the development of the environmental sector in Lanzarote.
To improve the qualification and training of people with intellectual disabilities, acquiring skills related to waste management, organic farming and sustainability.
It offers 8 face-to-face courses with a practical and inclusive approach, focused on waste management and ecological production.
