CECAM is the only association authorised to carry out rescue, recovery and clinical treatment work for marine species in a vulnerable or endangered state on the coast of the Autonomous City of Ceuta. Its volunteer staff is fully available, throughout the year, offering immediate response and permanent attention and action in strandings. The project will strengthen the management of the network and raise awareness of this problem in society. This project aims to solve the problem of management and immediate application for the Autonomous City of Ceuta when it comes to finding a stranded marine animal alive, as well as the appropriate information to quickly resolve the rescue procedures and logistics of transport and reintroduction at sea.
