POLIEX’s strategy to move towards a circular economy model will involve the need to digitize its processes and optimize the organization of its supply chain. This digital transformation will guarantee sustainability and operational efficiency, through the development of a set of digitalization initiatives that will allow the implementation of a comprehensive traceability system, optimize resource management and improve transparency throughout the supply chain.

€672,430.57The objective of this project is to implement a digitization system, based on blockchain technology, IoT and digital passports, to optimize the traceability of plastic products produced by the entity, from production to recycling. Digitalization will allow real-time monitoring of materials, guaranteeing efficient and sustainable waste management. In addition, it is proposed to introduce a servitization system, where some products can be rented and monitored, increasing their useful life and reducing waste generation.
