The platform aims to digitize and optimize operations in plastics recycling plants, ensuring complete traceability from the input of the raw material to the final product. The project includes a survey of processes, functional and technological design and the implementation of the platform, promoting an effective circular economy. It will improve recycling efficiency, traceability and sustainability through advanced material control, stock management, weighing, administrative automation, quality control and advanced production analytics.

€449,881.18The objective of the project is the development and implementation of a digitalization solution for plastics recycling plants that guarantees full traceability of the recycled product. The system will allow a rigorous control of the production lines. The solution will include modules with advanced functionalities for process management, modules for traceability control, stock management, weighing, quality control, documentation, logistics and maintenance. In addition, large volumes of data will be generated and stored, advanced traceability algorithms will be designed, which will allow real-time decision-making.
