TEXTIL BATAVIA SL proposes to create a new factory of eco-designed nautical sails, focused on the reduction of raw materials, recycling and contribution to the circular economy. This project seeks not only to improve the sustainability of the company, but also to establish a production model that minimizes environmental impact and maximizes resource efficiency through digitalization. This sustainability is sought through different actions. 1) Materials: Use of recycled wax and other sustainable materials such as organic cotton wicks and recyclable packaging. 2) Production Process: Implementation of production methods that reduce waste and optimize the use of materials. 3) Recycling and Reuse Product Life Cycle: Programs to collect and recycle used candles, promoting their reuse in new products. 4) Consumer Education: Awareness campaigns to encourage recycling and responsible use of candles. 5) Technology and Digitalization. Automation: Integration of advanced machinery and automation into the production line to improve efficiency and reduce errors. Digitalization: Implementation of digital systems for inventory management, production monitoring and quality control. 6) Sustainability and Circular Economy: Reduction of Raw Materials: Optimization of processes to reduce the consumption of raw materials. Renewable Energy: Use of renewable energy sources in the factory to reduce the carbon footprint. 7) Collaborations: Partnership with other sectors for the exchange of recyclable materials and the development of innovative products.
