PRTR Call for Proposals Project
The project addresses the start-up of an industrial multilayer plastics recycling facility that will transform waste, until now difficult to manage, into high-quality recycled materials. The result will be the possibility of producing new plastics from recycled materials. The reincorporation of these recycled materials into the production cycle will reduce the extraction of natural resources, minimizing dependence on virgin inputs, contributing significantly to environmental sustainability and efficiency in the use of resources.

1.855.865 €The project proposes the start-up of an industrial plant, which will scale up the technology currently validated in a prototype plant. The entity intends that with the new integral line of the production process they will achieve the total reduction of waste that is currently being sent to landfill in the usual practice in the manufacture of plastic film. The aim is to produce an average of 5,100 tonnes of recycled polymers per year for remanufacturing.
