PRTR Call for Proposals Project
The project seeks to launch a new line of ecological detergents in water-soluble single-dose containers, reducing their environmental impact. Another key innovation is the use of recycled cardboard boxes to package the pods, further reinforcing the sustainability of the product and facilitating its recycling. By avoiding the use of plastics for sustainable materials, the aim is to minimise waste. In addition, investment will be made in advanced packaging technology, including a machine that doses the product, wraps it in film and seals each dose, ensuring precision and sustainability in the process.

€569,479.60The main objective of this project is to replace the use of plastic bottles with water-soluble single-dose PVA containers in the form of capsules.
To this end, it is intended to implement new machinery to produce a line of detergent products in biodegradable packaging, designed to dissolve completely in water, releasing the detergent contained without leaving toxic residues. To obtain these containers, it is necessary to invest in packaging technology, specifically, the MESPACK machine model HYDROFOMA 330, to form, fill and seal capsules.
