The project took the film “La Hora 11” to Spanish university campuses and to scientific dissemination institutions, linked to the field of education. This tour ended, in Barcelona and Madrid, with keynote lectures by the film’s protagonists.

The project took the film “La Hora 11” to Spanish university campuses and to scientific dissemination institutions, linked to the field of education. This tour ended, in Barcelona and Madrid, with keynote lectures by the film’s protagonists.

“La Hora 11” is a documentary that tells the impact of humanity on ecosystems and what can be done to change this trajectory. The film collects the testimony of experts from different fields of human knowledge committed to safeguarding our common environment and who lead by example.

The project aims to stir up networking in the university community in favour of environmental culture by taking advantage of the trajectory of “NOW – Encounters in the Continuous Present” of the Centre de Cultura Contemporània de Barcelona, as well as disseminating the contents and personal trajectories of the film’s protagonists among the general public.

The publication “Guide to action in the penultimate hour” that accompanies the film, complements its contents to encourage reflection in the spectators and facilitate the passage to action.
