The impact of climate change will entail processes of transformation, reconversion and adaptation in all productive sectors, with greater intensity in those most exposed to its effects. To do this, it is essential to know what the perceptions, attitudes and opinions of workers and their legal representatives are in the face of climate change. This will contribute to the design, understanding and implementation of adaptation policies and measures. It will also help administrations, companies and trade union organisations to plan their response and adaptation to the conditions arising from climate change, to detect impacts and vulnerabilities and to know the awareness, information and training needs of workers for the design and implementation of the measures and actions necessary for this purpose.

A sociological analysis has been carried out in the workplace to find out the perceptions, attitudes and opinions of workers and their legal representatives in relation to climate change. Its ultimate objective is to contribute to the promotion and promotion of policies and strategies for adaptation to climate change of the most exposed and vulnerable productive sectors.
