The general objective of the project is to improve the sustainability of the production process of inverter connectors for electric vehicles, through the implementation of technologies in the injection and testing stages, which reduce the consumption of raw materials and reduce waste generation.
Specific objectives:
– Implementation of an automatic injector in the connector production process.
– Implementation of automation systems between the injection process by overmolding and the electrical testing and DMC marking station.
– Effective reduction of both the plastic raw material used and the plastic waste generated.
