Administrative tasks related to the management of calls for grants, tenders and projects of the National Plan for Recovery, Transformation and Resilience (PRTR) and Next Generation EU.

  • Execute the administrative tasks of the calls for proposals, tenders and projects, as well as the general tasks of the Area and those related to the reference funds.
  • Maintain relationships with suppliers and service providers.
    Review and manage the Area’s documentation and invoices and those related to the referenced funds.
  • Management of the Area’s archives and documentation and those related to reference funds.
  • Manage shipping and courier services, general Area calls and emails and those related to the referenced funds.
  • Manage the Area’s databases and those related to reference funds.
  • Support the Area’s contracting, budget requests, contracting procedures and/or preparation of reports within its scope of action.
  • Manage travel related to the Area’s activities. Prepare associated expense sheets.
  • Prepare documentation required by the Area Coordination, Heads and Technicians.
  • Collaborate in the organization of events and support in their development. Reserve rooms and prepare them for meetings.
  • To prepare proposals for improvement and contribution to the better performance of the Area’s administration tasks and those related to the reference funds.
  • Control and manage the documentation associated with the files. Download the documentation associated with calls for proposals.
  • Coding of file documentation in the corresponding databases.
  • Copy, scan and collate documentation from the Area and reference funds.
  • Respond to inquiries, complaints and suggestions received by telephone and by e-mail from the area. Follow up on them and transfer them to the team for their proper processing in due time and form.
  • Any other function entrusted by the Heads, Coordination, Subdirection and Direction.
  • University degree (formerly Diplomatura and Licenciatura).
  • People with a Professional Training Degree in the area of Administration, Finance and/or Secretarial work may also be selected.
  • At least one year’s experience in administrative tasks supporting the management of projects and calls for grants and subsidies within the framework of the National Plan for Recovery, Transformation and Resilience (PRTR) and Next Generation EU.
  • More than one year of experience in or for the public sector.
  • Medium/high level in Office tools.
  • Intermediate level of English (B1 or equivalent).
  • Temporary fixed-term contract for the execution of projects financed with European Union Funds (Fifth Additional Provision of Royal Decree-Law 32/2021), with the professional category of First Officer.
  • Gross Annual Salary: 23.668,55 €.
  • Job location: Fundación Biodiversidad headquarters in Madrid.
  • Expected duration: June 2026.
