Call for a Technician (interim) for the Area of Projects and Own Calls. PRO.TEC.11


Under the Coordination of the Area of Projects and Own Calls, support in
the monitoring and control of the projects of the calls for subsidies of the Recovery, Transformation and Resilience Plan
and Next Generation EU funds, as well as other
calls with other funds managed by the reference area.

  • Participate in the preparation of documents associated with calls for subsidies and
    contracts (tenders and other contracts) launched from the area. Manage these
    processes and resolve doubts to the applicant entities.
  • Evaluate the proposals submitted to the calls for proposals and contracting.
  • To accompany the entities and carry out the technical and economic monitoring of the projects and
    the procedures for justification, settlement and payment. Prepare technical reports and
    content for dissemination and communication.
  • To support the control and audit processes to which the activities
    carried out are subject.
  • Participate in the organization and attend meetings and events related to the activity of the
    area.
  • Prepare and design proposals for action to meet the objectives of the area and
    for the best performance of the tasks of execution, evaluation, monitoring and control of
    the projects.
  • To monitor developments in terms of regulations, strategies, plans,
    programmes and projects related to the area and its activities: identification of good
    practices and activities, preparation of speeches and presentations, participation in
    publications, etc.
  • Prepare documentation and information reports on projects and contracts
    (databases, indicators, reports, presentations, graphic material, notifications,
    etc.).
  • Any other function entrusted by the Headquarters, Coordination, Deputy Directorate and/or
    Directorate.
  • University Degree (also former Bachelor’s Degree and Diploma).
  • Experience of at least two years in the management of projects related to the environment.
  • Experience of at least two years in the management of calls and public funds linked to the environment.
  • Experience of at least two years in the public sector.
  • Experience in the environmental third sector.
  • English medium proficiency (B2 level or equivalent).
  • Temporary interim contract for the execution of the Recovery, Transformation and Resilience Plan. (Fifth additional provision of Royal Decree-Law 32/2021), with professional category Technician.
  • Gross Annual Salary: €25,449.48.
  • Job location: Fundación Biodiversidad headquarters in Madrid.
  • Expected Join Date: September 2022.
  • Initially foreseen duration: maternity leave.
