The objective of this project is to reduce the environmental impact of the production process in the final phase of storage of the products, significantly reducing the amount of plastic used and generated as waste as it is not reusable.
To this end, a canteen will be implemented for juice storage in aseptic conditions, which will eliminate the disposable plastic bags used in the current system (whose composition consists of more than 50% plastic polymers).
